There are no passenger trains or buses for Enid, so you need to drive, bike, or walk to get there. It is about 70 miles away from Oklahoma City. Although there are regional airports that connect Dallas and Oklahoma City, it is convenient and economical for most tourists to jump into Wichita or Oklahoma City (OCT).

Enid Transit and Mini Taxi are two ways to get around at Enide, Oklahoma.

• The Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center opened in September 2009. 
• Kiwani train in Meadow Lake Park. Memorial Day to Labor Day, M-F 7-9PM, Sa-Su 4-9PM. The car and carousel are $1 and the rest are $50. 
• Leonardo Discovery Warehouse and Adventure Quest, 200 Maple☏ Le, +1 580-233-2787. T-Sa, 10-5PM, Su, 1-5PM. In particular, the mini-city design for children under five years of age, galleons with water measuring instruments, galleons with meteorological instruments, research quality telescopes, 3rd floor slide and maze, obstacle course, dino timeline, three-story ball machine, amphitheater, greenhouse, picnic area, and so on. The admission fee is seven dollars. 
• Georgia Antique Automotive Museum, 508. Gran☏, +1 580-242-6815. Thu - Sat, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 50 antique cars are on display at the time. Twenty-five of them were made before 1950 and included the only existing Jeronimo train. The owner of the car museum, George McCammy, is the owner of the car. The admission fee is two dollars. 
• Humphrey Heritage Village 507S. Day 4, 580☏ 237-1907. Tu-F, 9:00-5:00 p.m., Sa & Su, 2:00-5:00 p.m. A Victorian house was renovated. It is also known as "Gridewell Home." The original site where the settlers lined up and submitted their claims after the massive land burst that opened the Cherokee strip exit in 1893. The oldest cathedral of Enide and the original room's schoolhouse are also in the village. Free admission. 
• 702N, one of the Oklahoma Railway Museum. Washington☏ (+1 580-233-3051). Tu-F, 1-4PM Sa, 10-1PM, Su, 2-5PM. Six railway taxis, a baggage car, a three-dome tank car and a 50-ton engine, serving as Enide (Union Pacific, BNSF, Grain Belt). Railway monuments are on display in the museum. a donation entrance      

You may see a small company play a "chair game." Because every week, it looks like a new business comes out instead of the old one.

• Fat & Skinny. a pleasant sandwich shop 
• Lot a Burger, 310W. Willow, 580 237-1471. There's only a great hamburger! The local newspaper voted #1 Burgers three or more times at Enide. One hamburger is a little expensive, but it's worth it. 
• It's Chicaro's. the best steak finger in the world Period. Don't forget the cheese chunk.
